We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations, and we are here to make the process of returns and refunds clear, simple, and fair. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • All parts, manuals, and included accessories must be returned.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Items that show signs of wear, modification, or misuse will not be eligible for return. Please ensure that the product is well-protected when shipping it back to us.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are exempt from being returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

  • DIY kits that have been opened or used (such as soap-making sets or science experiment kits)
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Digital materials, downloads, or printable content

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and the return shipping address.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are missing parts, or are returned after the eligibility period.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or credit card statement again. Then, contact your financial institution, as it may take additional processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please email our support team for assistance.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email [email protected] and include photos of the issue. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless otherwise specified.
